KollectionK Order Review: Etude House ♥

My review for my purchased order from:

Overview
I discovered KollectionK when searching for Etude House products (and comparing prices from Pretty&Cute and EtudeHouse-Global). My search for Etude House products first began on eBay, where I discovered EtudeHouse-Global. They sold Etude House products for a very good (cheap) price... I was thrilled. I made a small order through them because I was sure there'd be even better (cheaper) places to buy. And then I discovered KollectionK. I could not believe how good (cheap) the prices was, I was soooo happy! Although I did buy other Etude House products, very selectively, on eBay rather than KollectionK. I narrowed down which products I wanted (gosh there were so many things, too!), and compared each product from KollectionK to eBay. And most of the time, KollectionK won.

Order Process:
I ordered from KollectionK the same time I went to Pretty&Cute, during Black Friday, as KollectionK was having a 30% off deal when entering the coupon code "BKFRIDAY".
On top of that, KollectionK has a free shipping deal going on if you purchase $100 USD or more. In order to make my purchase, I had to make an account with them and later I received a Customer Account Confirmation Email. When preparing my order, I came across an issue which was quickly solved (see below, 'Service') by contacting KollectionK's support through http://kollectionk.com/pages/contact-us. I received a series of E-mails once I placed my order, and then once my package was sent out to me.

Delivery:
Although the tracking showed that electronic information was received on December 2nd, the package wasn't actually shipped out until December 10th. Priority mail generally takes 2 days, so I received my package on December 12th. The address label was from http://www.epostg.com/, so I'm assuming KollectionK (who is based in South Korea) outsources their shipping to epostg for their customers. The delay between December 2nd and December 10th was probably when KollectionK was shipping my items to epostg's office. This is just my speculation.
There were two ways of tracking my parcel, through USPS (which I generally do, in case the website's app isn't as accurate with real-time tracking), or through KollectionK. KollectionK's tracking URL was actually by USPS, so both of them were identical.
I also received a text message from epostg or KollectionK (phone number is 646.392.8888), saying that my parcel was out for delivery. I'll be honest, I was a bit freaked out when I received that notification (even though I was aware my parcel was going to be delivered), because of warnings like this: https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/radDocs/consumer/SpamAlert.pdf

Service:
There were two instances where I E-mailed KollectionK's customer support. The first time was when I wasn't sure where to enter the coupon code. I first contacted Shin (KollectionK) <support@kollectionk.zendesk.com> through KollectionK's Contact page (http://kollectionk.com/pages/contact-us). Shin responded back to me in less than an hour, and informed me where to enter the promo code during checkout. I was really surprised by how fast their support got back to me! The second time I submitted a request to them was because one of the items that I received was broken/damaged during transit. I didn't photo any of it (as I threw the item away), but it was Etude House Dear Girls Tint & Lip Balm (Link). The item arrived to me in bubble wrap, the same packaging as the eyeshadow pallet & eyeshadow colors I received. The lip stain, although sealed/new, was somehow damaged and leaked all over. It was a mess. I tried wiping it clean, but even under the seal, it seemed the product could not close properly, and I just ended up throwing it away. I E-mailed KollectionK about this (along with photos), and Shin replied back to me and refunded me the cost of the item. I'm very happy with their customer service, as many other places would rather give store credit or offer an exchange than to just simply give their money back. An example would be like a lot of eBay sellers, but generally if there is a minor problem with something, I will fix it myself. In this case, I couldn't do anything to fix a damaged and leaky product.

Conclusion:
This was probably one of my happiest orders I've had in a long time. I'd give KollectionK a 5/5 on everything. I did have minor problems, but they were easily addressed by contacting their support. And my questions and problems were answered so quickly, their service is amazing. I'm very happy with all of my items, and I can't be mad about the lip stain that leaked/was damaged, as I was fully refunded for that. How could I complain? Even though I didn't try out everything yet, I am very happy with my purchase. I also love Etude House's cute packaging for all of their products! I am left very happy, and I'm glad I finally got this review over with and posted. I hope this helps whoever's reading this and is interested in purchasing Etude House products through KollectionK.
